Yes You Can was a fast-paced children's show of music, humour, exercise, sports information, athlete profiles, coaching tips, fitness and nutrition advice for the 8 to 12-year-old crowd. Kevin Gillis was joined during this half-hour by Tammy Bourne and Trevor Bruneau, who weekly received instruction from such sports greats as Debbie Brille, Wayne Gretzky and Ken Singleton. Original music for this series was composed, produced and performed by Kevin Gillis.
