Camera West was a Vancouver-produced summer documentary series with a west coast viewpoint, but covering many aspects of Canadian life. It began its run on the CBC-TV network on July 1, 1964 with the story of British Columbia ghost town. In its final season, the films were presented as part of CBC-TV's centennial documentary series, 20/20.
