Videos now online 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I have spend the weekend implementing a video component where everyone can easily add clips of Canadian shows from YouTube, Google, etc to this site. Feel free to add links and please report any bugs. Thanks.

Hi Okanuck,
You seem to be very knowledgable about Canadian Television shows. I am just beginning a quest to try and find an episode of Beat the Clock which aired on October 31, 1972 on CFCF~Montreal. My parents were contestants on this episode and it is their 4oth wedding anniversary this year. I would love to be able to surprise them by playing this show at their party. Do you have any suggestions about where I might find this???? Thanks very much
Cheers,
Colleen

you would need to contact CFCF, but I'm not sure you would have much luck. Let us know what they have to say.

I have opted to include the videos on each show's page instead of in a specific section. You can still submit YouTube links by clicking the "Send Addition/Correction" link on each page.

Hi Okanuck,
Thanks for your response, I have contacted CFCF (CTV) and just as you suspected, I had no luck. They said these episodes would not be in their archives. Thanks for your suggestion, it was worth a try.

Beat the Clock was a Goodson-Todman production, which means that there is a remote possibility the Montreal-produced run of the show (hosted first by Jack Narz and then Gene Wood) exists in the archives of FremantleMedia, the successor company to Mark Goodson Productions.

I should add that there is a very active game show fan community. They may be able to help you out at:
