Applause, Applause

Applause, Applause was a mini-series of three programs on CBC-TV Thursday nights. A little soft shoe — and lots of songs — performed by the multi-talented Dinah Christie and Dean Regan — were featured in this half-hour musical showcase produced by CBC Winnipeg's Dave Robertson.

Aquarium was produced on location at the Vancouver Public Aquarium, with curator Dr. Murray Newman and host Bob Switzer. A couple of segments demonstrated the aquarium's educational programs by following Dr. Newman as he led students on collecting expeditions along the shores of Vancouver harbour and the west coast of Vancouver Island.
