Chef Pol Martin has giving me and I am sure many people the love of cooking even after 36 years I still love it and use his cook book" La cuisine the Pol Martin"for reference on so many of his classic.
It would be a pleasure to be able to have those shows again.
Thank you Chef for so many hours of pleasure in my kitchen.
