I can't believe Stephen Yan wasn't considered for the Order of Canada yet. It's one of the greatest television shows to ever be produced in Canada and I'm happy to announce that re-runs are back on the air.

Wok with Yan is now showing on OMNI TV, Monday's at 6:30 am, 9:00 am, and 9:30 am EST. For those of you on Rogers TV in the GTA, that's channel 14.

Stephen, where are you? Please come back for a special season or atleast a few shows. Looking forward to seeing you sometime soon!

I've learned to cook by just watching Wok with Yan. The show was very informative, you can really prepare the dishes yan is cooking. Very simple and easy...

What ever happened to Stephen Yan? I watched him in the 80s, bought things from his company, went to Vancouver and ate at his restaurant. I just found his cookbook i used for many years,and was wondering about him. He taught me how to cook Chinese. We love it. I'm curious.

i've watch his shows since i was a kid in the philippines. i really love his shows and got a lot of tips on cooking. tv stations like food network should show reruns of his shows or invite him as a special guest on their shows. he is way better than any cooking host on tv. where ever stephen is right now i wish him all the best. i believe that i've spoken with him 2 years back with him inquiring about his credit card. i think he still lives in vancouver or victoria in bc canada.

I loved his shows and he always has a good sence of humour..great guy..misss his shows
