Take a Look (Series) (1955-1956)

Aka: The Dick Sutton Show

A fifteen-minute broadcast for young viewers, Take a Look was hosted by Dick Sutton of the Manitoba Museum and the University of Manitoba. He gave talks about subjects of natural history, illustrated with specimens from the museum. Originally a local broadcast in Winnipeg, the show was carried nationally beginning on Jun 29, 1955.

In the summer of 1956, Take a Look was replaced by a similar program, The Dick Sutton Show on Winnipeg airwaves. John Hirsch produced both series.
