Summer Movies (Series) (1975)

In 1973 and 1974, the CBC devoted the sumer Sunday 9:00-11:00 p.m time slot to foreign films and films by Charlie Chaplin, but in 1975, it presented a selection of Canadian features: The Hard Part Begins, directed by Paul Lynch; the NFB feature, The Heatwave Lasted Four Days, directed by Douglas Jackson; More Joy In Heaven, based on Morley Callaghan's novel; and Claude Jutra's Mon oncle Antoine.
