Spectrum (Series) (1979-1982)

The CBC network gave the umbrella title Spectrum to a series of one hour or ninety minute specials on the arts. The programs included the opening Gala, with Maureen Forrester, Jean-Pierre Rampal, and Yehudi Menuhin. The series also presented the National Ballet's production of Mad Shadows; R. Murray Schafer's Music For Wilderness Lake; and profiles of David Milne, Edith Piaf, Harry and Frances Adaskin, A.M. Klein, Healey Willen, Leonard Cohen, Louis Quilico, Arthur Miller, and George Grant.
