Pet Peeves (Series) (1986-1987)

Pet peeves ... everybody's got them ... those little irritants that drive us all crazy. Maybe it's tailgaters, ghetto blasters, traffic, crowds, cylists who ride on sidewalks, store clerks who keep you waiting while they have a private conversation on the telephone, or shopping carts with wobbly wheels. Maybe it's telephone booths without telephone books, lineups in banks, telephone answering machines, people who talk in theatres, or telephone solicitors. No matter who you are or what you do, you've got pet peeves and that's what Pet Peeves is all about! Pet Peeves is a lively, imaginative new show which cherfully explores the ups and downs, the ins and outs of people's Pet Peeves. Leading viewers through a series of good-natured sketches and vingnettes on life's most irksome annoyances is host Harvey Atkins, a versatile entertainer with a highly original sense of humor and a flair for languages and dialects.
