Opening Night (Series) (1974-1975)

Opening Night presented three 90-minute plays adapted from the stage and produced by Robert Allen. Four plays were originally scheduled. "The Farm Show," in which the Theatre Passe Muraille of Toronto depicted present-day farm life in Clinton, Ont., was set to debut the series on Oct 9, 1974. Instead, it aired as part of CBC's Performance series on Jan 12, 1975.
