On the Scene (Series) (1960-1967)

On the Scene was the title of a local CBLT live broadcast of interviews and events from the Toronto area, which ran from 1960 to 1964, and featured Joyce Davidson and Alan Millar, then Al Boliska and Alan Millar.

The title was used for a CBC network series of documentaries, originating in Vancouver in the spring of 1967. Bob Switzer led viewers through events and sights in the Vancouver area, such as the Centennial Train during its stay on the west coast, the Vernon Winter Carnival, or the Vancouver Public Aquarium.
