The Manipulators, a mini-series of CBC-TV film dramas, starred Marc Strange and Roxanne Erwin. Created by Toronto writer-broadcaster Ed McGibbon, the twelve-episode colour series concerned a pair of probation officers and their involvement with the people assigned to their jurisdiction. The first 5 episodes aired in early 1970 and a second series of 7 was telecast early in 1971 as part of CBC's Sunday at Nine series.
