Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show, The (Series) (1974-1975)

First appearing as a summer replacement series on CBS in 1974, the zany Hudson Brothers Bill, Mark and Brett brought their music and humour to Toronto to produce The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show. The weekly live half-hour aired Saturday mornings on CTV.
Made in Scarborough at the CFTO studios, it was essentially "The Sonny & Cher Show" without Sonny & Cher.
The only guest star appearance is in the form of a segment lifted from the summer replacement series, in which Rod Hull & Emu are guests on a talk show hosted by McLean Stevenson & announcer Gary Owens. The series relied very heavily on long intro & outro songs that were just re-used in each episode to cut down on the amount of new material required. In fact, when you eliminate the commercial time, and the recycled material, each episode only contained about 15 minutes of new material.
