All-Night Show, The (Series) (1980-1981)

CFMT-TV's The All-Night Show was North America's first regular late-night marathon, running live nightly from after sign-off until 6:00 AM. In-studio host Chas Lawther, as Chuck the security guard, introduced an all-night viewing consisting of comedy skits, direct from Yuk Yuk's Komedy Kabaret, followed by some old favourite series such as "Twilight Zone" and "Outer Limits." Chuck and his cameraman buddies Ryerson Dupont and P.B. Leonard had supposedly thrown the station back on-air in the wee hours when management was away.
